Research Overview:

Our group focuses on deciphering the molecular progression of Oral, Cervical, and Urinary Bladder Cancer with a special attention on the role of non-coding RNA and oncogenic viruses in the process. Translating the basic understanding on this genomic-epigenomic-transcriptomic interplay during carcinogenesis, we aim to develop non-invasive biomarkers for the carcinomas, paving to theranostic implications.
